Role & responsibilities

Receiving inbound calls and greeting the caller queries

To understand the query and route the call to concerned department/s

Inbound domestic voice process (Bengali and Hindi) - no sales target

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduation with Honors is mandatory in any stream may apply

Candidates must have valuable communication skill in Bengali, Hindi &/or English

Aptitude towards customer care with positive listening skills

Energetic, presence of mind and enthusiastic attitude

Willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning: 6.30 AM to 1 PM) (Evening : 1 PM to 9 PM) (Night : 9PM to 6 AM)
