Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to manage guest interactions, ensure excellent customer service, and support the smooth operations of the centre. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling enquiries, appointments, feedback, and coordinating with the team to provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests professionally and warmly.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Manage appointments, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
Explain available services, packages, and offers to customers.
Coordinate with therapists, consultants, and other team members for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
Follow up with customers for appointments, package renewals, and service requirements.
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic queries professionally.




Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Support the centre team in achieving customer retention and business targets.
Maintain a qualified and welcoming reception area.
Follow company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and service guidelines.
Coordinate with the concerned team to address customer concerns promptly.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Reception, Hospitality, Salon, Spa, Wellness, or Retail.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude with good convincing and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
Good grooming and professional personality.
Willingness to work in shifts.
