Job Title: Host / Hostess

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The candidate should have positive and strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide a warm and qualified welcome to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest seating and maintain the seating arrangement efficiently.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Handle guest queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with guests throughout their visit.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table availability.
Coordinate with the restaurant team regarding special requests and guest preferences.
Ensure the entrance and reception area remain clean and presentable.




Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the concerned manager when required.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant entrance.

Requirements:
Good and strong communication skills are mandatory.
Pleasant personality with confident and professional body language.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer-facing role in a restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
