Job Description (JD):
Ensure timely preventive and installation services per schedule.
Maintain accurate documentation of service visits and inventory updates.
Collaborate with finance for credit and payment management.
Exhibit positive communication, technical knowledge, and adaptability for traveling and handling diverse situations.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Conduct preventive maintenance visits for customer equipment.
Perform installation visits and support promotion activities for accessories and assurance products.
Follow up on sales opportunities and demonstrate products to customers.
Update GRN and maintain serial number intelligence records.
Handle credit control and payment follow-up for machines, assurance, and spares.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
