Interact and respond to customer queries over email, telephone, chat
Both Inbound and outbound calling to solve customer issues
Cross-selling of products to potential customers
Resolving complaints and disputes e.g. damaged product received, shipping delay of orders, faulty products, etc
Manage excel based reports for tracking issues
Note- 6 days working with second saturday off
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
