Job Summary

We are looking for a CMA Qualified professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting, along with practical exposure to manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
Prepare and analyze costing, product costing, and cost sheets.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, overheads, material consumption, and variances.
Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial analysis.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable accounting policies.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Production, Procurement, and other departments.
Assist in inventory valuation, reconciliation, and control.




Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Support internal and statutory audit requirements.
Provide financial and costing insights to support business decision-making.

Required Skills
CMA qualification is mandatory.
3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Cost Accounting.
Good understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.
Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
CMA Qualified with practical industry experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Solid understanding of both finance & accounting and costing functions.
Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Vadodara are preferred.

Employment Type: Full time
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Pay: ₹50,940.88 - ₹60,381.36 per month
