Employee Motivation & Engagement: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of US voice process executives to achieve individual and collective business targets.
Maintain robust team morale, especially during challenging periods or when targets are difficult to achieve.
Training, Coaching & Development: Inspire and influence team members through effective Training, communication, coaching, and continuous motivation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily team performance, productivity, attendance, call quality, and target achievement. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
Conduct daily team huddles, performance discussions, and regular one-on-one meetings.
Target Achievement & Sales Performance: Take ownership of team productivity, employee performance, attendance, discipline, and overall operational efficiency.
