Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marble home décor products.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
Explain product features, pricing, availability and delivery details.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and orders.
Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
Collect customer feedback and identify prospects for repeat purchases.
Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and sales/conversion targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
