We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role involves working closely with employees, department heads, and management on recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, performance management, HR documentation, and exit processes. The ideal candidate should have robust HR knowledge, positive communication skills, and the ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and exits
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR records
Support employee engagement and grievance handling
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals and employee feedback




Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data
Work closely with management and department heads on HR-related matters

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
