Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and other production machinery.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machines.
Conduct regular machine inspection, servicing, lubrication, and maintenance as per schedule.
Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
Maintain daily maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.
Monitor machine condition and coordinate for spare parts and maintenance requirements.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out following safety procedures and company standards.
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to handle breakdown and preventive maintenance independently.
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering industries.
