We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Executive to join our core team and provide backend operational support to US-based medical practices and healthcare providers.
This is a semi-voice healthcare operations role involving regular communication with patients, healthcare teams, and clients. Strong English communication skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
Provide backend support to US medical practices
Handle patient coordination and follow-ups
Schedule and confirm appointments
Assist with insurance verification and referrals
Manage medical records, documentation, and other administrative tasks
Support healthcare providers with day-to-day operational activities
Communicate with patients and US healthcare teams through calls, email, and other channels
Learn and work with different healthcare software and systems
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills – mandatory
Comfortable speaking with patients and US healthcare professionals
Willing to work in a US night shift
Valuable computer and documentation skills
Ability to learn healthcare processes and software
Responsible, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Healthcare/medical administration experience is an advantage
