Job Title: Dental Clinic Manager

Job Summary

The Dental Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring productive workflow, excellent patient care, and smooth administrative functioning. This role involves managing staff, handling patient relations, maintaining compliance, and supporting the clinic’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow

Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards

Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff
Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Foster a positive and professional work setting




Patient Experience

Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback

Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Financial & Administrative Duties

Manage billing, payments, and insurance processing

Monitor clinic expenses and revenue

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Maintain proper documentation and licenses

Implement safety protocols and infection control procedures

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
