B2B Sales Executive – Architecture & Interior DesignKey Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultants.
Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and generate recent business opportunities.
Generate leads, develop prospects, and convert prospects into business.
Conduct client meetings, office visits, and project-site visits.
Understand clients’ technical and aesthetic requirements and coordinate with the internal team accordingly.
Present and pitch Lane 24’s premium products and solutions to potential clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure strong long-term relationships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and developments within the architecture and interior design industry.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B, Corporate, or Institutional Sales.
Experience in building materials, luxury furniture, lighting, automation, surfaces,



or allied interior and design products will be preferred.
An existing network of architects, interior designers, and design consultants will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident, target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
