Customer Service Associate – International Voice Position

Salary Up to ₹5.8 LPA

Eligibility - Graduate: 1–12 years of BPO Voice experience

HSC: 18 months–10 years of BPO Voice Freshers are not eligible - International Voice experience is preferred

Responsibilities - Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
Meet SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT, and customer experience targets.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Implement feedback and process updates. - Maintain skilled communication with customers.

Skills Required - Excellent English communication skills.
Prior BPO Voice experience.
International Voice experience preferred.
Positive attitude and robust teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to process requirements.





Key - Candidates must be comfortable with an international voice process.

Pay: ₹560,000.00 - ₹580,000.00 per year
