JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer interactions for the IDFC personal-loan process.
Assist customers with basic loan-process information and application-related queries.
Explain requirements and process information accurately and professionally.
Follow customer verification, documentation, and escalation procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records and meet process quality and productivity standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
HSC qualification.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Candidates with around 6 months of experience and average communication skills can also be considered.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
