Position: Back Office Cum Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, Alibaba, LinkedIn, etc.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Generate, update, and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, product details, and other sales documents.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until enquiry conversion.
Update all customer and lead information in the CRM.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending follow-ups.
Support the sales team with daily reports and documentation.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Assist in identifying current business opportunities through online research.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
