Hiring: Chartered Accountant – Accounts & Audit

Acts Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage our Accounts & Audit teams.

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 3–5+ years post-qualification experience preferred
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Accounts & Audit teams.
Review and finalise books of accounts and financial statements.
Handle and review accounting assignments for multiple clients across different industries.
Plan, supervise and review statutory/internal audit assignments.
Review audit working papers, financial statements and audit reports.
Supervise GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance activities.
Handle accounting and audit-related client queries.
Identify accounting, compliance and internal-control issues and provide practical solutions.
Allocate work, monitor deadlines and ensure quality of team deliverables.
Train and guide accountants and audit team members.




Coordinate directly with clients and manage qualified relationships.

Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Solid practical knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Financial Reporting.
Experience in a CA firm, audit firm, accounting firm or financial services consultancy preferred.
Experience handling multiple clients and different types of businesses will be an advantage.
Prior experience in team handling/reviewing Accounts and Audit work preferred.
Positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting/financial software.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership and client-handling skills.
Should be comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

A hands-on CA who can independently handle complex accounting and audit matters while effectively leading both the Accounts and Audit teams.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
