We have an Exciting Opportunity for Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage and oversee customer receivables.

Location : Mumbai Andheri East

EXP :
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
Working knowledge of invoicing, ageing analysis, and collections processes.
Experience with accounting software / ERP systems is an advantage. (Optional)

Responsibilities :

Accounts & Receivables Management
Monitor and track outstanding customer balances on a daily basis.
Identify invoices that are nearing due dates or have crossed payment timelines.
Review customer accounts and invoices thoroughly before initiating follow-ups.
Customer Communication & Follow-ups
Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding payments.
Maintain skilled, courteous, and solution-oriented communication at all times.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Dispute & Escalation Handling
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, or payment disputes.
Follow up on escalations until resolution and payment closure.
Reporting & Documentation
Update payment status,



collection notes, and follow-up actions accurately in the system.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
Assist in preparing ageing reports and collection summaries for management review.
