Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and organizing tender-related documents.
Support the team in reviewing tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.
Collect and compile documents such as company profiles, technical documents, declarations, certificates, and OEM authorizations.
Maintain and update tender trackers and submission records.
Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs, and other tender-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for required information and documentation.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of tender documents.
Track tender deadlines, submission status, and important updates.
Support the team in responding to documentation requirements and clarifications.
Perform other tender-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Graduate / pursuing graduation in Any Stream.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.




Good written and verbal communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Should have a laptop

Preferred Skills
Valuable data-entry and document-management skills.
Basic knowledge of PDF editing, MS Office and documentation.
