Job Title : Floor Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery. The Floor Manager will be responsible for handling patient queries and feedback, coordinating with different departments, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that overall operations are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the overall functioning of the floor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Attend to and resolve patient queries, concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor patient flow and ensure minimum waiting time and a positive patient experience.
Coordinate with reception, laboratory, radiology, doctors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and adherence to assigned duties.
Ensure that staff follow organizational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action or escalate them to management when required.
Regularly monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall appearance of the facility.




Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
Maintain records of patient feedback, complaints, and issues and provide regular updates to management.
Monitor whether all activities and services are being carried out as per the required standards.
Support management in improving patient satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.
Handle any urgent patient-related or operational issues on the floor and coordinate for timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree in Healthcare is mandatory.
Prior experience in hospital, diagnostic centre, healthcare, or similar healthcare operations is preferred.
Solid experience in patient handling, coordination, and team management will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.
