Rathinam Group of Institutions invites applications from experienced, agile and result-oriented professionals for the position of Head – Admissions to lead and strengthen our group-wide admissions function.

We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in student recruitment, admissions management, lead generation, enrolment growth and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute group-wide admissions strategies and enrolment plans.
Drive lead generation, student counselling, conversion rates and admission target achievement.
Lead and motivate admissions teams to deliver measurable results.
Strengthen school outreach, institutional partnerships and student engagement.
Implement CRM-driven processes, performance dashboards and data-based decision-making.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, finance, IT and administrative teams.
Ensure transparent,



effective and compliant admissions operations.

Qualifications

Qualification Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related discipline is preferred.
10–15 years of relevant qualified experience in admissions, student recruitment, education marketing or enrolment management.
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
Proven experience in achieving admission targets, managing counselling teams, digital lead generation and CRM-based admissions processes.
Experience in multi-institution or multi-programme environments will be an added advantage.
