Preventive and breakdown maintenance of fabrication and machine-shop equipment.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of shearing, bending, punching and forming machines - CNC / VMC and other machine-shop equipment.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Attend machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, adjustments and replacement of worn-out components.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain basic maintenance records.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for smooth machine operation.
Educational qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical preferred.
Experience in fabrication and machine-shop maintenance preferred.
Candidates with Mechanical + Electrical maintenance knowledge will be preferred.
