Junior Architect

Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Assist in preparing residential and commercial building designs.
Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Assist with 3D modelling and presentation drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams regarding design and drawing requirements.
Make modifications and revisions to drawings based on client and project requirements.
Assist with building permit and submission drawings.
Visit project sites when required and coordinate with the site team.
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with applicable building requirements.
Assist the senior architect/engineer in day-to-day design and project-related activities.

Requirements




B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or related qualification.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D software will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of building planning, construction, and materials.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
