About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, meeting clients in person, presenting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Visit prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide regular updates and reports on field activities and sales performance.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, or a related role.
Freshers with solid communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license would be an advantage.
