CRM Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries and follow-ups, and support the sales team in managing leads and customer orders. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
Manage and track leads from enquiry to conversion.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.




Prepare regular follow-up and sales reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
