Conduct village-level mobilization drives to identify and counsel potential youth for various SEDI courses.
Build relationships with Panchayats, schools, ITIs, SHGs, and community influencers for outreach.
Organize awareness events, roadshows, career guidance sessions, and one-on-one counselling.
Maintain a database of enrolled students and follow up on attendance and retention.
Support candidates during training, assessment, and placement processes.
Assist the SEDI team in tracking alumni and post-placement engagement.
Maintain daily reports, mobilization logs, and community feedback.
Ensure gender inclusion and participation from marginalized communities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
