Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA in Retail, Sales, Operations or relevant discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience as an Area Sales / Retail Manager in Apparel, Footwear, Spectacles or related retail businesses.
Strong experience managing 7 to 10+ COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
Experience managing sales, profitability, team performance and store operations across multiple locations.
Robust experience in training and engaging store teams to achieve business targets.
Experience in store-level recruitment and team management.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Solid communication and people management skills.
High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory, approximately 12 to 15 days per month.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
