Job Responsibilities of the candidate
Installation, servicing, repair & maintenance of A3 Photocopiers / Digital Copiers / MFPs.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic & software issues.
Troubleshoot paper jams, print-quality issues, error codes, fuser, drum, developer, ADF & paper-feed problems.
Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of spare parts.
Configure network printing, scanning, Scan-to-Email & Scan-to-Folder.
Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain service reports, machine meter readings & spare-parts records.
Provide qualified customer support and machine guidance.
1–5 years’ experience in A3 Copier / Photocopier / MFP servicing preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
A3 Copier / Photocopier / MFP servicing: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
