Position: Service Engineer

Experience: 0–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
Industry: Industrial Machinery / Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of machinery.
Attend customer complaints and provide technical support.
Visit customer sites for breakdown and service requirements.
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
Explain machine operation and maintenance to customers.
Follow up on pending service issues and spare parts requirements.
Travel to customer locations as required.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of machinery, mechanical/electrical systems.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
