Conduct site measurements and quantity verification
Prepare BOQs, estimates and rate analysis
Handle RA bills, work orders and variations
Coordinate with Site, Planning, Procurement & Accounts teams
Maintain accurate billing and quantity records
Monitor project quantities and cost control
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of QS & Billing
MS Excel & AutoCAD
Construction measurement & rate analysis
Client & subcontractor billing experience
