We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Software Support Executive to manage and maintain the software used for our day-to-day business operations. The role involves handling software-related data, ensuring information is properly updated and maintained, supporting users with basic software-related issues, and coordinating with the software development team whenever required.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with software systems, managing data accurately, learning new features, and coordinating with developers to ensure smooth software operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's software and related data.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates.
Handle basic software-related issues and coordinate with the developer when required.
Attend occasional meetings with the software developer to understand updates and new features.
Assist team members with software usage and recent updates.




Monitor and report software issues for timely resolution.

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field OR relevant experience working with computer software.
Good computer and data-handling skills.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and updates.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with valuable computer knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
