Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, building positive relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

JOB ROLE
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
