Job Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a protected and secure setting for employees, visitors, and company property. The role includes monitoring premises, controlling access, preventing unauthorized activities, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes.
Patrol the premises regularly to prevent theft, damage, or misuse of property.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems and security equipment.
Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or safety hazards immediately.
Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuation.
Coordinate with local authorities (police,



fire services) when required.
Ensure safety of assets, documents, and confidential areas.
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
Previous experience as a Security Guard/Officer preferred.
Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
Good observation and communication skills.
Physically fit and alert.
Ability to work in shifts (day/night).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
