Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products, services, offers, and project details clearly. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer details and update call records. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team. Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Maintain good communication and qualified relationships with customers. Required Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Tamil and English. Confident and polite telephone manner. Valuable convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work with targets and as part of a team. Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
