Restaurant Captain
Location: Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai
We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service staff
Ensure smooth and effective table service
Handle customer requests and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Maintain cleanliness, service standards and guest satisfaction
Support the manager in daily restaurant operations
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred
Positive communication and leadership skills
Customer-focused and well-presented
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
