Carry out final inspection of finished components as per approved drawings and specifications.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Plug Gauge, Ring Gauge, etc.
Perform visual inspection for casting and machining defects.
Understand and check dimensions, tolerances, holes, threads, surface finish, chamfer, radius, etc.
Identify and segregate OK / Rework / Rejected components.
Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports.
Report quality abnormalities to the Quality Engineer / Supervisor.
Assist in preparation of NCR and rejection reports.
Maintain inspection records and product traceability.
Follow Quality, 5S, Safety and company procedures.
Support the Quality team during customer inspections and internal audits.
Learn and follow inspection methods and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
