Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control function.
Ensure quality standards and processes are effectively implemented across the CNC & VMC shop floor.
Plan, conduct, and coordinate ISO audits, including internal, customer, and certification audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable quality management systems.
Handle CMM inspection, measurement systems, dimensional inspection, and quality reports.
Monitor and improve in-process and final inspection activities.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Handle customer complaints, rejections, quality issues, and escalations.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA / corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and support NPD (Current Product Development) activities from development through production.
Prepare and maintain quality-related MIS, inspection reports, rejection reports, and audit documentation.
Develop and implement quality control plans,



inspection procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC manufacturing processes and shop-floor quality control.
Positive knowledge of CMM and dimensional inspection.
Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
Experience in ISO/internal/customer audits.
Knowledge of NPD and new component development.
Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 8D, and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to handle customer quality complaints and technical discussions.
Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and measuring instruments.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
