What you'll do
Welcome and seat guests, creating a friendly first impression
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks, ensuring presentation meets our standards
Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or complaints gracefully
Process payments and maintain a clean, organised table setup
Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly

What we're looking for
Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role (preferred, not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
A genuine passion for food, hospitality,



and great service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Food safety awareness or willingness to complete training
