The P&M; Engineer directs the mechanical operations, procurement, deployment, and servicing of all construction plants and heavy machinery. The goal is to maximize machine availability and minimize costly downtime in office

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for all equipment.
Equipment Management: Oversee major machinery like concrete batching plants, tower cranes, excavators, transit mixers, and road pavers.
Deployment & Coordination: Work with project and site teams to mobilize, install, and commission machinery where needed.
Inventory & Procurement: Manage the stock of spare parts, tools, lubricants, and consumables. Coordinate vendor repairs and purchase current parts.
Safety & Compliance:



Ensure all machinery complies with statutory and environmental safety rules
Record Keeping: Track machine performance, fuel usage, repair history, and maintenance costs. Prepare daily and monthly management reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or B.Tech in Mechanical
Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in equipment management within the infrastructure or construction sector.
Key Skills: Solid troubleshooting abilities, cost control, team leadership, and vendor management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
