Position: Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience: 8+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
Drive recruitment, talent development, and retention initiatives.
Handle grievance resolution and HR policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
8+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
Robust knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
