V-Care Medicals is a current healthcare and pharmacy establishment in Muvattupuzha, focused on providing quality medicines, healthcare products, medical equipment and dependable customer service.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and support the successful functioning of our current branch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy sales staff and other team members.
Ensure proper dispensing and handling of medicines in accordance with applicable regulations.
Maintain proper inventory, stock levels and expiry management.
Monitor purchases, sales, billing and stock movements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and healthcare products.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase requirements.
Maintain pharmacy records and documentation.
Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
Train and guide pharmacy staff to maintain service and operational standards.




Support the management in achieving branch sales and operational objectives.

Requirements
B.Pharm / D.Pharm qualification.
Relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting.
Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
Good knowledge of medicines, pharmacy operations and inventory management.
Solid communication and team-management skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Ability to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations independently.

Preferred Experience

3+ years of relevant experience would be preferred.
