ABS Group HR Solutions, a leading manpower and security services company in Ernakulam, is looking for a Security Site Manager / Sr Field Officer to supervise security personnel, coordinate field operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day security services at client locations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage security guards at assigned client sites.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Coordinate staff deployment, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
Ensure discipline, attendance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain valuable communication with clients and the operations team.
Submit daily reports and resolve operational issues promptly.
Handle emergencies and provide in office support when required.

Eligibility
Ex-servicemen are highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in security services, facility management, or field operations are encouraged to apply.
A valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence is MANDATORY.
Willingness to travel to client sites across Ernakulam.
Good leadership, coordination,



and communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving.

Job Requirements
Ability to supervise multiple security sites and security personnel.
Basic smartphone skills for reporting and communication.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
