PRT (Primary Teacher)Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring primary-grade students, creating an engaging learning environment, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary-grade students.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials as per the curriculum.
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, classwork, and regular observation.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
Encourage students to participate in academic, creative, cultural, and co-curricular activities.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student learning.
Follow school policies,



academic guidelines, and classroom management procedures.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and school events.
Promote good manners, discipline, values, and responsible behaviour among students.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / equivalent teaching qualification preferred or as per school requirements.
Prior teaching experience in a primary school is preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and teaching skills may also be considered.
Positive command of English and effective communication skills.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Passion for teaching and working with young children.
Creative, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
