Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage the assigned territory, lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), drive sales growth, and achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, guide, motivate, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Prepare and monitor monthly tour plans and daily field activities.
Conduct regular joint field work with MRs and provide coaching and feedback.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
Monitor product movement, sales performance, market potential, and competitor activities.
Review daily calls, orders, sales, collections, and field reports.




Ensure proper product availability and distribution in the assigned territory.
Identify current business opportunities and develop new markets.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates for management.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/B.Sc./MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the assigned market and pharmaceutical sales process.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Result-oriented with good team-management and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
