7.Checking Brick/Block work & plastering works
Supervision Of The Curing Process
Maintaining day to day concrete work details

10.Learning the practical works from seniors and improving the below skills gradually (For Freshers)
Preparing Bar Bending Schedule





2.Quantity survey
Allotting Work to sub contractor team specifying required manpower
