We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries, identifying cross-selling prospects, and conducting outbound calls to prospective leads to drive conversions and customer engagement. ​Key Responsibilities ​Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly, understand customer requirements, and provide accurate product/service information. ​Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify customer needs during interactions to recommend complementary products, upgrades, or value-added services. ​Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to qualified leads, prospective clients, and existing databases to introduce offerings and schedule follow-ups. ​Lead Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, handle common customer objections professionally, and close sales deals. ​Target Achievement: Meet or exceed designated daily calling quotas, lead conversion metrics, and monthly sales targets. ​Data Management: Log all call details, customer feedback,



and follow-up schedules accurately into the CRM/tracking system. ​Candidate Profile & Qualifications ​Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, B.Tech, etc.). ​Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or BPO voice processes (Fresh graduates with robust communication skills are welcome to apply). ​Languages: Good command over English and Telugu; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage. ​Skills: ​Active listening, persuasive communication, and negotiation abilities. ​Positive attitude with resilience to handle call rejection. ​Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, web browsing, CRM basics). ​Perks & Perks ​Fixed monthly compensation (₹15,000 – ₹18,000). ​Uncapped monthly performance incentives. ​Clear internal growth and promotion pathways. ​Paid training and onboarding support.
