Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
Supervise electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, housekeeping, and contractors
Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, DG, lifts, pumps, and other facility systems
Track maintenance requests and ensure timely closure
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, AMC contracts, and service reports
