Hiring: Senior BIM Architect

BIMTECH Services LLP is an established BIM consulting and training company with over 10 years of industry experience in delivering BIM solutions across Architecture, MEP, and Construction sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Architectural BIM projects from initiation to delivery
Develop and review BIM models
Ensure model quality through QA/QC processes
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Support BIM standards implementation
Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in Revit Architecture




Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
Experience in LOD 300 / 350 / 400 projects
Robust architectural detailing and documentation skills
Good communication and coordination skills

Clash detection and coordination

Job Details

Location: Mumbai

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
