About the Role

West Avenue Realty is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate accounting, GST, TDS, Tally, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle GST & TDS compliance, filings, reconciliations, and payments.
Oversee project-wise accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
Manage customer receipts, advances, brokerage, commissions, and property-related transactions.
Review and verify vendor, contractor, and broker invoices and payments.
Monitor bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in Tally.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and finalization of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.
Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Prior experience in real estate/construction accounting is required.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, MS Excel, and bookkeeping.
Valuable understanding of real estate transactions and project accounting.
Experience in account finalization, audits, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/accounts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
