Chemical handling & its Health and Safety hazards and risk assessment, Compatibility of chemicals and MSDS.
Unit operations and Unit Process handaling as SOP, Pump & Tank farm operations.
Follow chemical Unloading Procedure and checklist.
DCS Operation Co-ordination.
Housekeeping of plant area & Tank Farm Area.
Communication among QA-QC, Stores, DCS Control Room, Engineering Dept., and Plant Manager.
Work planning as production target.
